Chance NY meeting leads to 2019 Netherlands Residency

In April 2018, Paul and Marianne Essens, Directors of Netherlands gallery Bos Fine Art were in New York facilitating a pop-up exhibition. I attended the exhibition whilst in New York developing some new pieces for an upcoming show and as a result of this chance meeting I have been invited to take part in a three week residency in The Hague through Bos Fine Art in July 2019. Bos Fine Art specialise in exhibiting reductive geometric abstraction and represent an extremely high standard of international artists. The residency will allow for research and the development of work at the gallery and participation in a group exhibition. This opportunity provides a wonderful chance to produce work, establish firm connections with the gallery and meet other artists who share similar ideas and a similar aesthetic.
